Kevin: Alright everyone, what’s up Las Vegas? (Crowd cheers) How’s it going?

(Crowd responds)

Kevin: Man, I love this town. Luxor Casino and I have a very special relationship. Every time I come here I make sure to come play the various games and slots.

( Crowd ‘oohs’ and ‘aahs’ )

Kevin: But that’s enough talking about me, let’s talk about you. I hear some of you might have had some bad luck while playing at the casino tonight. Tell me, what kind of things have been going wrong?

( heckler in audience stands up )

Heckler: I never seem to win anything!

Kevin: Ok, I see…( pauses, think of a good come back ) But then, don’t all of us here feel like that sometimes? ( Crowd laughs ) Listen, if you want to be a winner you need to be willing to take risks. Sure, you might not win every time, but when you do it’s even sweeter.

( Heckler sits down )

Kevin: Now, what about the ones who are pros at this? You know, the people who always seem to be hitting it big? Don’t we all kind of dread them? ( Crowd nods) Taking all the money from us so-called ‘amateurs’.

( a few people in the audience laugh )

Kevin: Well, that’s one thing I can almost guarantee won’t ever happen here at Luxor. That’s because they make sure that the odds of everyone winning something at least once during their visit are pretty good. From the games to the slots, everyone gets their chance.

( more cheers and laughter )
